What are the precautions and requirements for installing a fan motor?

Before installation, the installation materials and tools should be prepared, and the parts of the fan should be inspected. The impeller, the main shaft and the bearing should be inspected in particular. If damage is found, it should be repaired, and then the inside of the bearing housing is cleaned with kerosene. The following points must be noted during the installation operation:

1. On some joint surfaces, grease or mechanical oil should be applied to prevent rust and reduce disassembly.

2, when the bolts of the joint surface, if there is a positioning pin, the pin should be first, then tighten the bolt.

3. Inspect the inside of the casing and other casings, there should be no leftover tools and debris.

Installation requirements:

1. When installing the fan, the weight of the gas pipeline should not be added to the casing. Correct the gap between the air inlet and the impeller according to the drawing, and keep the horizontal position of the shaft.

2. When installing the air inlet pipe, you can directly use the bolt connection of the air inlet itself. At this time, the air inlet is fixed by three countersunk screws.

3. When the outlet is installed at a certain angle, the rear disc can rotate properly to keep the card in the horizontal position, and the No8～12 angle steel flange surface should be kept horizontal.

4. When installing No. 8~12D type fan, use the dial gauge and the ruler to measure the coaxiality of the fan main shaft and the motor shaft and the non-parallelism of the two end faces of the coupling. The two-axis non-parallelism tolerance is 0.05 mm. The non-parallelism tolerance at both ends of the coupling is 0.1 mm.

5. After the installation of the fan is completed, use the hand or lever to move the rotor to check if there is any phenomenon of over-tightening or collision. In the absence of these phenomena, you can test the rotation.

6. After the motor is installed, install the pulley or the coupling guard. If the intake pipe is not connected to the intake pipe, you need to add a protective net or other safety device (user-supplied). Other components are installed as shown.

Therefore, when the motor capacity does not change, the spindle speed should not be changed. If the spindle speed increases, the motor may be overloaded and burned.

The power of the motor used in the fan refers to the power required in the specific working conditions, plus the mechanical loss and the required reserve, not the full opening of the air outlet. If the fan's outlet or inlet is not connected to the pipeline or is idling without external resistance, the motor may also be burnt. For safety reasons, the valve should be added to the fan outlet or inlet line. When starting the motor, turn it off. After the operation, slowly open the valve to the specified working condition, and pay attention to whether the motor current exceeds the specified value.
